Job Description

The position will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for US, UK & Europe. Someone applying for the role must be comfortable with generating interest, qualifying prospects, and arranging meetings and closing business. Individuals must be exposed to how start-up business operates and thrive in a challenging start-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound/Inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • In-depth knowledge of the services offered
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every requirement, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Set up tasks, reminders, and conference calls with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Keep a tab on calling and sales pipeline
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our Hubspot database/Excel sheets in a comprehensible way
  • Meet calling targets as defined by the sales/marketing department
  • Develop and present reports on a weekly basis

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer support role/outbound calling role is a must
  • Track record of over-achieving calling targets
  • Very strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with calling CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts as the calling demography will be UK, USA and Australia primarily.
  • Must be a graduate (Technical Stream Preferred)
  • Exposure to selling Enterprise Integration (iPaaS), and Cloud CRM (e.g. Salesforce) services are a plus.
